School is a zoo. Wrestling in classrooms. It is not a good choice. I don't think it is setup for learning.

I have been in 27J my whole life. Never had a problem till I got to this high school. The staff show favoritism towards each other. The teachers are horrible! There's maybe 1 or 2 good teachers. Security is ridiculous, and they have no care for students education. They just see us as another way to get funding.

My son is graduating this year from this school. I am trying to move my daughter who is a junior, which has been very difficult so far because shes going into her senior year next year. The principal shows favoritism to certain staff that are her personal friends although they are not doing their jobs properly. The math program is horrible. I have had to pay tutors to come into my home and do on line classes becaus the teachers are so horrible. The administration and teachers do not work with the with students and parents. Until this school gets a change in principles, I would highly recommend you look into other schools. Graduation and math competencies really poor. I wonder why.

I went my junior and senior year here. I wouldn't recommend. The teachers are very nice but some cant teach. The math curriculum was the WORST ive seen. My pre cal teacher just handed us paperwork that we had to learn from google because she never taught because she was too busy "checking" off who did their busy-work and 5 pages of homework the night before. She didnt even look at it...she would have accepted my history paper!! Ive never had so much stolen belongings untill i came here. I had a 4.0 before comming here and left here with D grades. They accept 60% as a passing grade. My other high school wouldn't accept below 70%.

When I first came here as a freshmen I was enjoying the school very much! Sadly now that I am going into my senior year here I absolutely hate this school. There are so many pointless rules and the dress code is way to strict. I being a girl cannot wear half my clothes because our new principle says they are "inappropriate" which they are not. I used to get good grades now even though I turn everything in I am a C average student now. I would love this school if the staff would work with the students and parents more.

This school needs alot of work. Staff are not professional and authority figures are not pleasent to deal with.

I love all the teachers there. The school is fun and upbeat. There is many extracurricular activities that you can do like the music program, sports, student council, etc. As a freshman i haven't had any problems with the school.

My daughter who had been a straight A student finished this year with 2 Ds and an F. Numerous attempts to work with the school failed. Poor communication and inexperienced teachers. We are definitely changing schools next year.

I have numerous problems with this school. There are times when I am confirming my son's absences based on infinite campus, it will list him as tardy or absent and when I follow-up the school advises me that was a mistake. Anytime I have to call, they make me feel as if I am just another parent. No follow-up, no concern and no support. I am assuming most high schools are like this one, too many kids.

It is an amazing school. The teacher's and staff connect with the students and a new and innovative way.
